Health Update

Masks are optional in our clinic. Please respect the decisions of others. Your provider may ask you to wear a mask for personal health reasons.

If you have scheduled an in-person visit, please call the office and change your visit to telehealth if you:
– Tested positive for COVID in the past 10 days
– Have symptoms of illness including fever or runny nose
– Were exposed to COVID or another contagious disease in the past 10 days.

Mindfulness Group
Learn and practice in-the-moment ways to slow down emotional reactions and correct unhelpful mental habits. Both new and practicing meditators are welcome. Your facilitator, Maureen Rickman, Ph.D. has been studying and practicing mindful meditation for over 12 years. Contact our intake coordinator, Jamie (ext. 618) to get started.

Please contact your pharmacy for medication refills and they will contact your prescriber. Contact us directly for prescriptions for stimulants used to treat ADHD. It may take up to 5 business days to complete refill requests.
