Cognitive Behavioral Therapy
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy
Cognitive behavioral therapy helps you correct negative thinking patterns that create and maintain distress. Our clinicians are experienced in exposure and response prevention for OCD and several other evidence-based treatments. We can address common experiences of depression and anxiety, as well as more disabling problems such as PTSD and other severe mental health problems. Habits and Compulsions
The mind-body connection is sometimes so strong it causes problems. Hypnosis, habit reversal training, biofeedback and other behavioral interventions are helpful for addressing behaviors such as trichotillomania (hair-pulling), tic disorders, nail-biting, obsessional video-gaming, OCD, sexual addictions and more.
