Steven Singer, MD

Dr. Singer approaches mental health treatment with attention to promoting a client’s innate capacity for wellness, emphasizing the person’s strengths, personal agency, and capacity for healthy change, in addition to medication where appropriate. Advocacy and ongoing dialogue on all matters of health are emphasized. Dr. Singer thinks of his role as a guide through the wilderness of mental health, and curator of resources including online communities, health podcasts, and other supportive groups of fellow travelers.
